Essential Skills	SAP BASIS- SME (1 Position) SAP Netweaver Consultants with Basis Admin Expertise 1.SAP ECC 6.O, SAP NetWeaver 7.0 - 7.3 2.Enhacement Upgrade 3.Oracle BRTools, 4.SAP ECC Security - UAM and Audit 5.NWA, Visual Admin, config tools 6.Solution Manager or Remedy Service Tools 7.SAP JAVA Admin, ICM Admin 8.Oracle 10g or 11g 9.Solaris 10 or 11 10. SAP Capacity Planning and Performance Tuning 11. System Copy - Homogeneous and Heterogenous env 12. Backup and restoration 13. Knowledge of MDM, GRC, BI NetWeaver Components SAP BASIS- Sr. Consultant (1 Position) 1.SAP ECC 6.O, SAP NetWeaver 7.0 - 7.3 2.Enhacement Upgrade 3.Oracle BRTools, 4.SAP ECC Security - UAM and Audit 5.NWA, Visual Admin, config tools 6.Solution Manager or Remedy Service Tools 7.SAP JAVA Admin, ICM Admin 8.Oracle 10g or 11g 9.Solaris 10 or 11 SAP BASIS –Consultant (1 Position) 1. Knowledge of SAP Security Design - SoD Conflicts Expertise 2. Audit Information System, Business Rule Framework 3. Access and Process control 4. Basic Knowledge of GRC 10 5. SAP Security Best Practice Implementation Knowledge along with      Templates 6. User Access and Control Management of ECC, EP, HCM and Solution  Manager
6. Desirable Skills	Good Communication skills.
